Responsibility cannot be assumed for inherent weaknesses or defects in materials that are not readily apparent prior to processing. This includes, but is not limited to, certain trims, embellishments, delicate fabrics, color loss, shrinkage, and weak or tender materials. Differences in count must be reported with the receipt within 48 hours. Liability for any lost or damaged article shall not exceed 10 times the charge for processing that item.
