Even so, we cannot assume responsibility for hidden material weaknesses or defects that are not apparent before cleaning. This includes responsibility for certain trims, buttons, beads, sequins, and similar features, as well as color loss, shrinkage, or damage to delicate fabrics. Any difference in count should be reported with the receipt within 48 hours. Liability for any lost or damaged item is limited to 10 times the processing charge for that item.
