Laundromat
What hours are you open?
Our laundromat is open from 6:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. Monday - Friday and 5:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
Are you a coin or a card store?
Our machines use the ESD card system. You can load your laundry card with cash, debit, or credit cards.
What if I have a question or need help?
There is always a helpful attendant on hand to help you with anything that you need.
Do you have large machines?
Yes we do. Our machines vary in size from 20/lb. machines to our monster 140/lb. machine!
Wash & Fold
What are your wash and fold hours?
You can drop off your laundry at our laundromat any time during store hours.
What products do you use when you wash my clothes?
We use Kirkland brand detergent when we wash your clothes but you can upgrade to Tide or Gain if you prefer one of those.
How much does wash and fold cost?
The cost depends on how quickly you want your clothes back.
$1.49 - 3 day turnaround
$1.89 - next day service
$2.29 - same day service (Must be dropped off by noon)
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, our minimum order for wash and fold is $25.00
Do you wash my clothes with other clients clothes?
No, we never mix your clothes with anyone else's laundry.
Pickup & Delivery
When do you offer pickup and delivery?
We offer pickup and delivery Monday through Friday.
When will I get my laundry back?
We offer a one day turnaround time for pickup and delivery orders. However, if you schedule a pick up on a Friday your clothes won't be returned until Monday.
How much does pickup and delivery cost?
Pickup and delivery costs $1.79/lb. if you sign up for weekly or bi-weekly service. It is $1.99/lb. if you use our service as-needed. There is a $5.00 delivery fee. If you need your laundry back the same day, there is a $15.00 additional charge.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes. The minimum order for pickup and delivery is $30.00.
Do I need to be home when the driver picks up or delivers my clothes?
No. When you place your order just specify where you are leaving your laundry (back porch, unlocked garage, etc.) so our driver knows where to find it.
How do I schedule a laundry pickup and delivery?
Just click on the Schedule a Pickup button and input your information. It only takes two minutes.
What if I like my laundry done a certain way?
When you schedule your order online there is a place where you can let us know if you have any special instructions.
What if I am signed up for weekly service and I go on vacation?
You can go into your account online and suspend your service until you return.
